Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website and click on any items that you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept debit & credit card payment including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Solo. We also accept PayPal payments.
If you would like to pay by cheque please email your order to us at sales@acpackaging.co.uk and we will in turn send you a pro-forma invoice. Once we have received your cheque and it has cleared we will despatch your goods. |
Shipping And Handling All orders are sent via a courier or Royal Mail.
Please note that your order will be delivered between 8am and 5.30pm. Therefore, please ensure that there is a responsible person available at your stated delivery address between these hours. Both our courier company and Royal Mail will require a signature so if you will not be available to take delivery please advise when you place your order of a neighbour who can sign for the goods on your behalf. If re-delivery has to be attempted you will incur an additional charge before your order can be re-delivered. This will be a minimum of £7.99 but may be higher, depending on what goods you have ordered. This charge will be applicable for each failed delivery. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the goods will automatically be returned to AC Packaging Co Ltd and you will need to pay a further carriage charge in addition to the failed re-delivery charges to have your order re-delivered.
Please fully check the contents of your delivery before signing with our courier to confirm receipt. Mistakes cannot be rectified unless noted at the point of accepting your delivery. Should you have a query at point of delivery, please contact us on 0161 761 2168. If you refuse delivery for any reason which we deem unjust, your goods will not be re-delivered until a further carriage charge is paid.
Please note: You will be liable for any additional costs incurred by ourselves above the initial delivery charge paid. This includes re-delivery attempts, booking in charges, collections and any other associated delivery costs.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver next working day (if ordered before 3pm), please allow up to 5 working days for delivery. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will email to advise and give an expected delivery date for your order. No delivery time given is guarateed as parcels can on rare occassions get misrouted/lost during transit.
Orders placed over a bank holiday or during our Christmas shutdown period will be despatched on the first working day back. (Christmas order processing dates will be available on our site from November).

If your delivery address is not within UK Mainland, Wales, Mainland Scotland or the Scottish Highlands, we will be unable to process your order and will automatically send you a refund. If you are located on an offshore isle or in Northern Ireland and would like to place an order, please contact us by email or phone and we will get you the best available shipping rate.
If you are unsure which category your postcode falls into please call us on 0161 761 2168 to enquire and avoid any delay in sending your order out.
Collection: If you would like to collect your order from our North West warehouse (based in Bury, Lancs), please email your requirements to sales@acpackaging.co.uk. We will email back a pro-forma invoice with confirmation of when your order will be ready for collection. You can then either ring and settle the balance prior to collection or pay by card or cash at our trade counter. |

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. Returns Policy If you wish to return any item you can do so provided it is within 7 days of delivery. It must be returned in it's original, unopened condition. Only the item cost will be refunded and not the postage. Customers also pay for returns carriage charge.
If you are returning an item and we are at fault e.g. sent incorrect item, we will refund you for returns postage costs incurred. These charges must be confirmed with us prior to returning though and proof of these charges must be provided. |
