DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free delivery on all orders over £150

  • Orders under £150 will incur a delivery charge of £8.99

  • Deliveries are made on working days only (Monday to Friday)

  • No deliveries will be made on bank holidays

DELIVERY TIMES

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within 1–2 working days, depending on the items ordered and stock availability.
Deliveries are typically made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, although occasionally deliveries may fall outside these hours due to unforeseen circumstances.

HOW WILL WE DELIVER YOUR ORDER?

Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will dispatch it using one of the following methods:

  • Parcel carrier

  • Pallet carrier

  • Our own delivery vehicles

Please note:
We can only deliver to the ground floor entrance of your business or home, or to a designated loading bay.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver to mainland UK addresses only.
Please note that some remote postcodes may incur additional surcharges. If you're unsure whether your postcode is affected, please contact us before placing your order.

If there are any issues with your delivery address, our team will contact you as soon as possible to discuss.

DISPATCH TIMES

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) are usually dispatched the same day

  • Most products are held in stock and available for immediate dispatch

  • Some non-stock items may require extra lead time — we’ll contact you by email shortly after your order is placed if this applies

Collections are available Monday to Friday.
Simply choose ‘Collection’ at checkout — we’ll email you when your order is ready to collect.
