Mail-Lite® Bubble Lined Envelopes

Our Mail-Lite® bubble lined envelopes offer an eco-conscious solution to protective postal packaging. Manufactured using FSC® certified paper from responsible sources and a unique AirCap® bubble liner, these mailers are designed for recycling without compromising performance.

Unlike traditional padded envelopes, the Mail-Lite range replaces PE-coated paper with non-coated Kraft paper, allowing the outer layer to be easily recycled. The bubble liner is edge-welded (not laminated), so both components can be separated and recycled through their respective waste streams.
